The ‘PD Doc’ is a free downloadable resource that lets people know about your Parkinson’s disease when you are in a foreign country – it is available in 25 languages, from Chinese to German. In an emergency, it’s important that people are made aware of your condition, so they can get you the right help.

This simple document clearly identifies the person with Parkinson’s and their condition, as well as listing emergency contact details.

You can personalise your own PD Doc print out to include several languages. For example, if you are travelling in Switzerland you can print in German, Italian and French.

The PD Doc was developed by Parkinson’s Europe in association with healthcare professionals and industry partners.

The PD Passport is a more advanced version of PD Doc, allowing users to store additional information on medications and therapies.
